Our Hot Weather Delivery Promise

• We ship Monday–Thursday with a 12pm ET cutoff.

• Orders placed Thursday before noon ship same day for Saturday delivery (to eligible addresses).

• Every order ships in an insulated box with ice packs.

• To preserve quality, we may hold shipments during extreme heat and notify you.

• Once the carrier confirms delivery, please bring the package indoors immediately to avoid heat damage.
